About Esposito Construction
Who we are
Esposito Construction is a local, personalized construction company dedicated to building and renovating homes with care and precision. Founded in July 2008 by Brian Esposito, the company was born from his lifelong dream of creating spaces that truly reflect each client’s vision.
What sets us apart is our passion for detail and service. Every project we take on is managed with a focus on quality, safety, and budget — without ever losing sight of the finer details. As we like to say: The difference is in the details.
Our Mission
Since our founding in July 2008, our mission at Esposito Construction, Inc. has been simple yet powerful: to build more than homes — to build lasting relationships. We believe that every project is an opportunity to create a one-of-a-kind space that reflects our clients’ lives, families, and dreams.
We accomplish this by combining craftsmanship with a collaborative spirit. From the first conversation to the final walk-through, our team embraces a high-touch, transparent approach that ensures you’re never left guessing. Every step of the way, you’ll know where your project stands, what’s ahead, and how your investment is being cared for.
At the heart of our process is what we call the Esposito Experience: an unwavering attention to detail, a commitment to quality and safety, and the peace of mind that comes from knowing your vision is being treated with the respect it deserves. For us, it’s not just about building homes — it’s about creating spaces where memories are made for generations to come.
Our Process
Building a custom home is a journey — and we believe it should be as enjoyable as the day you first walk through your front door. At Esposito Construction, our process is guided by the same values that built our company: Passion, Integrity, Excellence, and Respect. Here’s what you can expect every step of the way:
Our work begins with deep roots in our core values. Passion drives our craft, integrity ensures we keep our promises, excellence reflects our commitment to doing our best, and respect shapes every interaction. From the very first meeting, these values set the tone for how we’ll work together.
Founder Brian Esposito learned early in his career that true craftsmanship comes from an obsession with detail. Inspired by a mentor who insisted that “perfect is the only good enough,” Brian instilled this philosophy into our company. Today, that same focus defines how we approach every project, big or small.
We don’t just build homes — we build relationships. Our team works closely with you to understand your vision, lifestyle, and priorities. Through open dialogue and complete transparency, we create a plan that balances your dreams with your budget and timeline.
As construction begins, you can expect frequent updates and hands-on communication. Our high-touch approach means you’re connected to your project at every stage. We keep quality, safety, and budget under tight control while ensuring that even the smallest details receive our full attention.
More than a finished home, what you’ll receive is peace of mind. Our process delivers not only a house built to the highest standards, but also an experience defined by trust, care, and detail. It’s what we proudly call The Esposito Experience — and it’s what turns your dream into reality.
Our Team
At Esposito Construction, our people are the heart of what we do. Each member of our team brings unique skills, experience, and passion to the table, and together, we’re committed to delivering an exceptional building experience for our clients. Brian began his career in the construction industry in 1990 as a Carpenter Apprentice with Wallner Builders, a boutique high-end residential remodeling firm known for self-performing much of its work. This hands-on experience gave him a strong foundation and a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to bring a construction project to life.

These jobs spanned diverse locations, from major metropolitan areas like Chicago to small Midwestern towns – further sharpening his skills in managing project budgets, navigating contract negotiations, and coordinating with both general and subcontractors.
In 2005, Brian relocated to Bluffton, South Carolina, drawn by the charm and lifestyle of the Lowcountry. Since then, he has returned to his roots in residential construction, working alongside some of the most skilled artisans and trade partners in the region. A firm believer in the power of team building, Brian is proud to lead and work with an incredible group of professionals who are committed to excellence on every project. Renovation
I’ve enjoyed working with Brian and his team at Esposito Construction on several remodeling projects over the years. They perform timely, excellent work with great communication. I’m looking forward to working with them again!
New build
I’m lucky enough to have had two houses built by Esposito Construction. When it was time for me to build a smaller, more manageable house, I never considered anyone else.
The quality of construction and my trust that Brian would always be there for me, made it an easy decision. If you choose Esposito Construction to build your new home, you won’t be disappointed.
New build
We were very glad we were introduced to Brian Esposito and his team when we were planning to build a new home. Having never built an entire home before we needed guidance.
Brian was most responsive to our concerns, thorough and organized. The quality of construction was unmatched when compared to other renovations we had experienced before coming to Hilton Head. What truly stands out is his continued concern with willingness to take care of our home when needed. When our project manager became ill, Brian moved his office into our home to make sure everything was completed to his satisfaction and in a timely fashion.
That’s what I call real customer service! We trusted him and his company completely- wouldn’t use any one else.
Renovation
We worked with Esposito Construction Inc. on a major remodel, taking the house down to the sticks, bringing everything up to grade, moving three outside walls, and doing significant modifications internally to the layout. We have previously built three new homes together. Working with ECI was the best building experience we have ever had.
Working with Brian and the team was a pleasure. We were confident of the work because it was obvious from the start that they cared about the quality of the product. ECI was always on top of everything as they had a Project Manager on site throughout the construction process.
They have excellent relationships with the subcontractors – many of whom we considered to be true craftsmen – and they all showed up on time. Our new neighbors were always commenting on the fact that something was going on every day. We were thrilled with the result. ECI’s motto of ‘The difference is in the details’ is an accurate description of partnering with them.
Renovation
We worked with Brian and his team on a gut renovation of our home a few years ago. Right from the start, we knew that “the difference was in the details”. We had some specific ideas for the home’s interior that he had never done before, but he did some research and made it happen.
The details that we asked for actually made his job harder but the results are impeccable. He has a great eye and design sense, making it enjoyable to collaborate with him. He is currently building a somewhat unusual pool deck for us, and again he did not hesitate to do something out of the ordinary and figure out how to get it done.
If we ever build again or renovate another house I wouldn’t even consider hiring anyone else. He does quality work at a reasonable price and is a delight to work with.
