BRIAN A. ESPOSITO – PRESIDENT

Brian started in the construction industry, in 1990, as a Carpenter Apprentice. He worked for Wallner Builders, a small high-end residential remodeling firm which self-preformed much of its work. This gave Brian a broad view of all that goes into a construction project.

After four years working in residential remodeling Brian took his skills into the commercial side of the business. This move led to extensive work on schools, churches, department stores and restaurants. These projects were as diverse as their locations, from large cities such as Chicago, to small Midwestern farm towns. This experience was beneficial to Brian, allowing him to develop critical business skills such as managing budgets of multiple projects and negotiating contracts with general and sub-contractors.

In 2005 Brian relocated to Bluffton, SC, to enjoy the rewards of a lowcountry lifestyle. Since moving South, Brian has returned to his construction roots, working in Residential Construction, once again, with some of the finest artisans, and trade partners in the country. His collaboration with industry leaders has contributed to the ongoing growth and success of his company. In his free time, you will find Brian spending time with his 3 children, hunting, fishing, boating and camping.
